We Can Only HOPE!

This isn't the first time I've heard this argument in the business community, but I will say that this is the first time I've heard it from someone of Steve Forbes' stature. In case you missed it last week, Steve Forbes is predicting that oil prices will be $35-$40 within a year! Given his argument, it makes perfect sense. Can it happen?? We shall see!
