Not Bad for a Racist!?

Informed readers will not be surprised, but this article is interesting, given some of the ignorant criticism from the Left. If you're like me, you will find it thought provoking that the Federal Gov't responded quicker to the "poor, defenseless, law abiding, woe is me" black population of New Orleans than the white population of Florida or the Carolinas. Maybe President Bush 41 and President Clinton hated white people?
